This Privacy Policy describes how Banditwork AI LLC ("BanditWork", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, interact with our AI voice services on behalf of our clients, or contact us directly.

What information we collect

From phone calls handled by our voice services: When you call a phone number operated by BanditWork on behalf of a client business, we collect:

• The phone number you are calling from (caller ID), if available
• Audio of the call, used in real time to power the AI assistant
• A written transcript of the call, generated automatically
• Any information you provide during the call — such as a reservation name, account number, confirmation code, or mobile phone number for SMS follow-up
• Metadata about the call, including start time, end time, duration, and which actions the AI took (such as transferring the call or sending an SMS)

From SMS interactions: If you opt in to receive an SMS during a call, we collect the mobile number you provided and a record of any messages exchanged. See our SMS Consent & Disclosure page for details.

From our website: When you visit banditwork.ai, we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source. This is standard website analytics data.

From direct contact: If you email or otherwise contact us, we collect the contents of your message and your contact details so we can respond.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the AI voice service in real time, including transcription, intent recognition, and routing your call
• Look up reservation, account, or other information at the request of the client business you are calling
• Send the SMS messages you specifically request during a call
• Provide call recordings and transcripts to the client business that operates the phone number, so they can review and improve their customer service
• Maintain operational logs for security, debugging, and quality assurance
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• The client business you are calling. Call transcripts, recordings, and any information you provided during the call are accessible to the business that operates the phone number you called.
• Service providers we use to operate our system. We rely on third-party vendors for call routing, voice synthesis, transcription, AI inference, database hosting, and SMS delivery. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security obligations.
• Legal authorities, when required. We may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BanditWork or others.

How long we keep information

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 30 days by default, then automatically deleted, unless a client business has configured a different retention period. Aggregated, anonymized operational metrics may be retained longer for service improvement. SMS opt-in records are retained as long as you remain opted in, plus a reasonable period after opt-out for compliance recordkeeping.

Your rights and choices

• SMS opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from us. See the SMS Consent & Disclosure page for details.
• Access and deletion. You may request a copy of personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing Bandit@banditwork.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time. Note that some information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or to operate the service for the client business that received your call.
• Do Not Call. BanditWork does not place outbound marketing calls.

Children's privacy

BanditWork's services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

BanditWork is operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted prominently on our website.
